HPG Viewer API for Android - Render HPGL Plotter Files

An HPG file contains HPGL, the Hewlett-Packard Graphics Language that once drove pen plotters. CAD systems still export drawings in this format, so technical archives and manufacturing workflows keep producing HPG files long after the plotters themselves disappeared.
